Why Triptek

One contractor, both halves of the job.

Most general contractors farm out site work, vertical work, or both. Triptek runs both in-house. Our site crew handles excavation, utilities, grading, and concrete. Our interior crew handles framing, drywall, ceilings, paint, and specialties. Field supervisors and project managers run the schedule end-to-end.

For developers, design firms, and large GCs working as CMs, that means one number to call, one schedule, one accountable team — and fewer surprises between site work and the building going up on top of it.

We're based in Atmore, Alabama, and we work across Alabama, Northwest Florida, and Southeast Mississippi.

Meet the Team

One crew, in-house, from dirt to ribbon-cutting.

Triptek is a self-performing general contractor — civil and vertical construction handled by people who clock in at our Atmore yard, not by a string of subcontractors. That's why the schedule holds, the quality stays consistent, and our reputation keeps trending in the right direction.

From mass-grading over a million cubic yards at OWA to design-build projects with long-term customers, every project is run by the same Triptek leadership team. We know each other's work, we know the equipment, and we know Alabama, Northwest Florida, and Southeast Mississippi like the back of our hand.

TripTek Construction Safety Program

Safety, quality, schedule, and budget are the four cornerstones of our construction processes. Emphasizing safety, we not only meet but exceed the required state and federal minimum standards, providing the safest and healthiest work environment for our onsite teams. From the design and planning phases, safety for our employees and trade partners is job one. The Triptek management team follows our Crisis Control Plan (CCP) to develop response plans covering the major crisis scenarios onsite and to designate managers throughout the process. Our commitment extends to mandatory weekly onsite safety meetings, during which we cover current activities and help identify the safety concerns taking place that week. Partnered with our quality control processes, our safety program has resulted in our EMR being below the national industry average of 1.0. We pride ourselves on running a clean, safe project — and ensuring everyone returns home every day.
